United Way president shares thoughts

To The Eagle:

I am honored to be President of the United Way of Cowlitz and Wahkiakum Counties for 2014 - 2015!

I sincerely appreciate the overwhelming confidence that you, the community, and the United Way Board of Directors has entrusted in me. I am very excited for the opportunity to continue serving and supporting our community through this new role.

As you may know, the United Way of Cowlitz and Wahkiakum Counties exceeded our 2013 - 2014 campaign goal because of your generous donations. Thank you!

The United Way envisions a world where all individuals and families achieve their human potential through education, income stability, and healthy lives. A local impact can be achieved when citizens, companies, nonprofit partners and others join together in a common effort to build a stronger, healthier, and brighter quality of place.

I am pleased to be your partner in caring and look forward to working alongside each of you that responds to the call of the United Way to give, advocate, and volunteer.

Thank you,

JD Rossetti, President, United Way of Cowlitz and Wahkiakum Counties, Longview
