Local resident captures her first image of an eagle

Skamokawa resident Shannon Britt recently shared these photos with Eagle readers. She said, "I have lived in beautiful Wahkiakum County almost a year now and haven't seen an eagle. I was beginning to wonder how in the world that was possible? I was so excited to finally see one off our dock yesterday! Not only did I get a photo of an eagle yesterday, I saw several more eagles today (March 24) and this beautiful blue heron."
