Joanne Chapman

Joanne Marie Chapman, 43, of Kelso, died March 18, 2014. She is the daughter of Ken Chapman of Nevada and Sonja Kruse of Rosburg. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 22 at 1 p.m. at the Rosburg Hall.
