Beneficial insects for garden

On March 3 at 6:30 pm, Scott and Dixie Edwards with Watershed Garden Works will discuss how to attract beneficial insects to a garden.

By incorporating specific native plants into the landscape, one can encourage helpful insects and birds to visit the yard. Often it’s the beneficial bugs that eliminate those bugs responsible for eating plants.

The class will be held for free in the Fair Exposition located in Longview on the fairgrounds. The workshop is sponsored by Washington State University Extension Master Gardeners.
