Healthy living support group to meet

A new group is forming in Wahkiakum County to support healthy living.

The first meeting of the “For Your Health” support group will be held Thursday, February 27, at 6:30 p.m. in the River Street Meeting Room, 25 River Street, Cathlamet. Topics for the group will be determined by participants, but may include weigh-ins at meetings, understanding nutrition, vitamin power and knowledge, and selecting an appropriate fitness training program.
