The Lady Mules traveled to Napavine on Tuesday and came home with another win, 52-40.
They were outscored in the first and third quarters, but a 29 point run in the final quarter assured them the win. They shot 81 percent from the free throw line, making 21 of 26 attempts.
“I’m proud of how they ended the game. We just need to play all four quarters that way,” Coach Rob Garrett said.
Baylee Olsen led scoring with 16 points. She had four rebounds, three assists and two blocks. Kaylee Bryant added 10 points, nine rebounds and two blocks. Sam Boyce scored nine points and had four assists and two steals. Tori Wegdahl scored eight points, pulled down eight boards, had five steals and blocked two shots. Maya Stanley tossed in seven points and had five rebounds, four assists and one steal. Jessica Thomas blocked two shots.
The Lady Mules face Pe Ell at home tonight (Thursday).
