ELECTION FEBRUARY 11, 2014
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, February 11, 2014, a special election will be held in the above named School district for the submission to the qualified electors of said School district of the following propositions:
PROPOSITION #1
WAHKIAKUM SCHOOL DISTRICT #200
REPLACEMENT MAINTENANCE
AND OPERATION LEVY
The Board of Directors of Wahkiakum School District #200 adopted Resolution #0313-112013 concerning a proposition to finance maintenance and operation expenses. This proposition would authorize the District to levy the following excess taxes, in place of an expiring levy, upon all taxable property within the District, for support of the District's General Fund educational maintenance and operation expenses:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the provisions of R.C.W. 29A.08.140, accepted no later than 29 days before an election by mail, in person or online all transfers within Wahkiakum County, all transfers from another county and new registrants to the state of Washington by January 13, 2014.
WITH THE EXCEPTION that, pursuant to the provisions of R.C.W. 29A.08.145, voter registration is possible during the period between January 14, 2014 to February 3, 2014; but persons doing so must register in person at the County Auditor's office during regular hours of business, must not be currently registered to vote in the State of Washington, and will be allowed to vote an absentee ballot there at.
VOTING AIDS TO ASSIST elderly and disabled persons will be available the 24th day of January through Election Day, the 11th day of February, at the Wahkiakum County Auditor's Office, 64 Main Street, Cathlamet WA.
