CMA at health clinic says goodbye to community

To The Eagle:

Since January 2010 I have had a wonderful experience and enjoyed the fantastic relationships with you all while working here in Cathlamet.

Thank you - for accepting me into your families and allowing me to assist in your health care.

As most of you know my mother passed away on October 4th of this year. Some of you may also know that I was a caregiver for her until the end. Needless to say I have taken her loss harder than expected.

At the end of October I had a "difficult time coping with change" and put in my resignation.

A theme in human history has been the short-sited purist of practices that have not been in our long term best interest.

During this difficult season I submitted a letter asking for a rescind of my resignation; unfortunately this was declined.

We all, sooner or later sit down to a banquet of our self made consequences. Just like with children you are never to pick a favorite, here I have become quite fond of many of you and you will all be deeply missed.

With warm regards until next time,

Darcie Earwood, CMA
