Children waited with their parents in the lobby of the Bank of the Pacific to assemble with their age group and compete in the 2013 Chamber of Commerce’s Halloween Costume Contest.
The judges this year were Sandi Benbrook-Rieder and Linda Barth. They struggled to pick first, second and third place winners from the many creative, cute, fun and occasionally terrifying costumes.
Amongst the babies, the winners were Owen Mendez, Joelle Collins and MaKenna Pittman. Winners in the one year age group were Natalynn Hoven, Louis Stornetta, and Aubrie Jensen and Laura Norris, who tied. Two year old winners were Jenyka Walters, Drayvn Dahl and Kaylie Cothren. Andreau Barnes, Koda Clark and Alexis Carr won in the three year old class and Raylynne Ogle, Emory Filkowski and Reagyn Watkins took the awards amongst the four year olds.
Representing the Kindergarten class were Audrey Morton, Tylor Watkins and Tru Most and Maxwell Schmitz, who tied. For first grade, the winners were Maddisen Clark, Justin Norris and Tamara Klienhans. Second grade winners were Jace Collier, Jasmine Klienhans, and Adam Hansel and Peirce Leavitt, who tied. Amongst third graders were Kagee Dahl, Leandra Tischer and Tanner Collupy. For fourth grade, the winners were Colten Anyrs, Liv Most and Masen Anderson who tied, and Hank Bassi. Fifth grade winners were Kaydence Guest and Taya Deal. Gavin Collier, Mason Wilson and, Mazy Collier and Grant Leavitt were all winners for the junior high.
For the adult category, Kim Anderson, Alenna Whitacre and “Lunch Lady” Lacey Woodside were all winners.

His name is actually spelled K-a-a-g-e, not K-a-g-e-e...I would know, I'm his aunt & have been correcting people on it's spelling since he was born.
