Earl Oinila

Earl Oinila, 83, died October 15 in Portland after a short illness.

He lived in the Crown Zellerbach Family Camp and graduated from Wahkiakum High School in 1949.

Mr. Oinila designed both new construction and modernization of chemical plants for Penn Walt Corporation. The plans were used in this country and Europe.

After retirement he lived in an assisted living facility.
