PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that Robert Ohrberg, Who is applicant and owner of the below described property has filed an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development/Conditional Use Permit for the development of: Placement of an access pier and ramp to an existing recreational dock. Located at 540 West Birnie Slough Road within NE 1/4 of Section 04, T8N, R6W, W.M., in Cathlamet, Wahkiakum County, Washington. Said development is proposed to be within Columbia River and/or the associated wetlands. Any person desiring to express his or her views or wish to be notified of the action taken on this application should notify Wahkiakum County Building and Planning in writing of his or her interest within 30 days of the final date of publication of this notice which is October 3, 2013.

Written comments must be received by November 1, 2013.

A Determination of Non-Significance has been issued pursuant to WAC 197-11-340, any comments should be directed to the Wahkiakum County Building and Planning Department, P.O. Box 97, Cathlamet, WA 98612, Within 14 days.

Written comments on the SEPA DNS must be submitted by October 2, 2013.
