Candidate debate set for September 23

The Cathlamet General Federated Woman's Club and The Wahkiakum County Eagle are sponsoring a debate between the two sheriff candidates at the Pioneer Church, September 23 from 7 to 8 p.m.

Voters will have a chance to hear from each candidate and ask appropriate questions.The debate will be moderated by Eagle Publisher Rick Nelson.
