State versus Thomas Scott Weidner: The defendant pled guilty to a charge of child molestation in the first degree. He was sentenced to 56 months in prison and ordered to pay a $500 Crime Victim Assessment (CVA), $200 court costs, $100 DNA collection fee and the costs of jail subsistence and his court appointed attorney.

State versus Joanne M. Knutson Reganold: The defendant pled guilty to a charge of possession of methamphetamine, a controlled substance. She was sentenced to one month in jail and ordered to pay a $500 CVA, $200 court costs, $100 DNA collection fee, and the costs of jail subsistence and her court appointed attorney.

State versus John C. Meece, Jr.: The defendant pled guilty to two charges of burglary in the second degree. He was ordered to serve four months in jail and ordered to pay a $500 CVA, $200 court costs, $100 DNA collection fee, the costs of jail subsistence and his court appointed attorney, and restitution totaling $3,655.30.

State versus Allen Ray Race: The defendant entered not-guilty pleas to two charges of rape of a child in the third degree. A jury trial was scheduled for September 18 and 19.

State versus Bradley Baker: The defendant pled guilty to a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm in the second degree. Sentencing was set for August 19.

State versus Kathleen J. Nicks: The defendant entered a not-guilty plea to a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm. A trial was set for September 4 and 5.

State versus Steven W. R. Beierle: The defendant pled guilty to charges of assault in the fourth degree with sexual motivation and communication with a minor for immoral purposes. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and ordered to pay a $500 CVA, $200 court costs, $100 DNA collection fee, $1,200 for jail subsistence and the cost of his court appointed attorney.

State versus Christian J. Lorenzo, 15, a juvenile: The defendant pled guilty to two charges of unlawful possession of a firearm. He was ordered to serve 40 weeks in juvenile detention and to pay a $100 CVA.

State versus Robert Caldwell: The defendant pled guilty to a charge of possession of less than 40 grams of marijuana and use of drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to serve one day in jail and to pay a $500 CVA, $200 court costs, $100 DNA collection fee, and the costs of jail subsistence and his court appointed attorney.

State versus Raymond James Raven: The defendant pled guilty to a charge of failing to register as a sex offender. He was sentenced to 14 months in prison and ordered to pay a $500 CVA, $200 court costs, $100 DNA collection fee, and the costs of jail subsistence and his court appointed attorney.
