Howell, Phelps to marry

Annie Howell, daughter of Terrie and Gary Howell of Cathlamet, will marry Adam Phelps, Son of Becky and Mike Phelps, formerly of Cathlamet, on August 3, 2013 in Skamokawa.

Annie is a graduate of the class of 2004, and Adam is a graduate of the class of 2002. Both are Wahkiakum Alumni. They met in Cathlamet and plan to make this their permanent home.
