TAKE NOTICE: That Philip Vik Application Number S2-30585 filed for a permit to appropriate public waters, subject to existing rights, from the Columbia River in the amount of 1.6 cubic feet per second, 324 acre-feet per year for 80.91 acres for irrigation during irrigation season. The source of the proposed appropriation is located within NE ¼ NE ¼ Section 25, T. 8 N., R. 6 W.W.M., in Wahkiakum County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protest must be accompanied by a ($50.00) recording fee and filed with Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty days from the last date of publication.
