Youth Adventure Program has spots available

St. James Family Center's Youth Adventure Program has space available in just a few classes; early registration is urged.

• Intro to Guitar with the fabulous Mr. Fred Carter, $5.

• Field Trip to OMSI "Mummies of the World," $20.

• Race Cars & Airplanes, $3.

• Field Trip to Clackamas Aquatic Center, $20.

• Kids & Cops, free.

Kids and Cops is a chance for kids to meet and spend time with officers from the Wahkiakum Sheriff's Dept., tour the jail, check out the police vehicles and meet the K-9 unit. So often children's interactions with police officers happen in negative settings, this class gives kids the opportunity to see another side of the officers and help build a positive relationship.
