Rosses celebrate 65th anniversary

Melvin and Carol (Magnuson) Ross are celebrating 65 years of marriage. The couple were wed July 23, 1948. Howard and Joyce Magnuson served as witnesses, and Ellis Koven was the officiating clergyman. The couple first lived in Salmon Creek, then in Naselle for 57 years. In addition to their four children, Kenny Ross of Chinook, who is deceased, Sharon Nagle and Marilyn Norris of Kelso, and Genita Ross of Naselle, the couple have six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
