June 24— 10:58 a.m. The Grays River ambulance responded to treat a 66-year-old man who was having a seizure. 12:35 p.m. A caller reported that he had been bitten by a pit bull. A deputy made contact. 10:07 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a 38-year-old man who was unconscious due to a diabetic emergency. Life Flight was launched, but had to turn back due to weather conditions, and the man was transported to a hospital via ambulance. 10:42 p.m. A caller reported that a suspicious vehicle was parked at a church. A deputy responded and reported that the church was secure.
June 25— 11:32 a.m. A caller reported that a tree was hanging into the roadway on Little Island. The state road crew was notified. 12:52 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to treat a 30-year-old woman who had taken an overdose of pills. 3:29 p.m. A caller reported that someone had threatened to kill the caller in early May. 5:07 p.m. A power outage was reported along Altoona / Pillar Rock Road due to a tree on the line. The PUD was advised. 5:22 p.m. A caller reported that they had recovered a cell phone that had been stolen two days previously. The recovered phone had been destroyed. A deputy took a report and photos. 8:27 p.m. A caller reported suspicious activity at a residence where the owner was out of town. A deputy responded and found the residence secure.
June 26— 7:41 a.m. A caller reported seeing bullets hitting a wall of rocks while fishing 30 minutes previously. A deputy investigated. 11:21 a.m. Deputies executed a warrant and took one person into custody at the courthouse. 12:06 p.m. A caller reported that a downed tree was blocking both lanes of travel along Altoona / Pillar Rock Road. The county road crew was notified. 4:55 p.m. A caller reported suspicious activity at a residence. Deputies spoke with the caller. 5:44 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a 61-year-old woman who had abdominal pain and blood in her stool.
June 27— 2:44 a.m. A caller reported having a mental health emergency. A mental health professional was notified. 4:07 a.m. A power outage was reported near mile post eight of Elochoman Valley Road. The PUD was notified.
June 28— 7:06 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a 48-year-old woman with abdominal pain. 7:19 a.m. A caller reported that an adult family member was missing. 1:27 p.m. A person who had received a threatening note dropped it off at the sheriff’s office. A deputy spoke with the person. 6:44 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a 14-year-old who had taken an overdose of pills. 8:56 p.m. A caller reported that a neighbor’s dogs that had previously attacked the caller’s dog were at the caller’s house again. 9:58 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a 61-year-old woman who was ill. 10:23 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a 64-year-old man who was having a reaction to injections.
June 29— 12:48 a.m. A caller reported that a neighbor’s music was playing loudly enough that the caller’s child could not sleep. 9:23 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to provide a lift assist to a 67-year-old woman with mobility difficulties. 9:53 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a 27-year-old woman with high blood sugar. 12:14 p.m. A caller reported that a small dog was locked in a vehicle with no water and the windows rolled up. 1:26 p.m. A caller reported that a small black dog wearing a multicolored collar had gone missing near JA Wendt Elementary. 2:48 p.m. A deputy took a report of an attempt to purchase drugs. 10:29 p.m. Two callers reported fireworks going off. The callers were informed that the use of fireworks was legal until 11 p.m. each night this week until Friday, when usage must end at 9 p.m. 11:46 p.m. A caller reported that they had been threatened by a juvenile when the caller went to the juvenile’s residence to pick up property that had been stolen.
June 30— 1:43 a.m. A caller reported that a loud party was occurring in their neighborhood. 5:55 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a woman with breathing difficulty. 11:07 a.m. A caller reported that a suspicious vehicle was parked at a neighbor’s house. 1:47 p.m. One person was taken into custody after a domestic disturbance. A domestic violence victim advocate was contacted. 2:27 p.m. A caller reported that an intoxicated woman intended to drive herself home from a local business. A deputy responded. Someone picked up the woman and drove her home. 4:42 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a 78-year-old woman who had injured her knee in a ground-level fall. 6:28 p.m. A caller reported that they had been threatened. A deputy took a report. 7:59 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a 77-year-old man who had chest pain and high blood pressure. 8:31 p.m. A business reported that a person had driven away without paying for $65 of fuel. 9:56 p.m. A caller reported that a neighbor’s dogs consistently bark all night.
