FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING
REQUIREMENTS
In accordance with Chapter 39.80 Revised Code of Washington, Wahkiakum County is inviting statements of qualifications and performance from firms interested in providing architectural and engineering and other professional services.
Categories of required professional services have been identified as follows:
· Architect/Design Consultants
· Mechanical Engineering
· Electrical Engineering
· Structural Engineering (bridge/retaining walls/buildings)
· Geotechnical Engineering
· Hydraulics/Hydrology
· Land Surveying
· Drafting Services
· Traffic and Transportation Engineering
· Construction Management
· Marine Engineering
· Naval Architecture
· Biological Investigations and Studies
· Archaeology and Historic Preservation
· Environmental Consultants
· Forest Management and Harvest Economics Analysis
This annual announcement is for all of the County's requirements in the above-delineated categories. The specific number of hours within each category, if any, is unknown at this time.
Firms are invited to submit or update qualifications to each of the categories of professional services identified above.
All qualified firms shall be added in each on-call roster category based upon the following qualification criteria: Qualifications of key personnel; relevant experience as shown on previous projects; previous performance; familiarity with applicable codes and standards, and the firm's record of stability.
Firms desiring consideration shall submit a completed Wahkiakum County Department of Public Works Consultant Services Questionnaire, and a firm brochure or other information listing qualifications, relevant experience, and references and any other pertinent data to further assist in the selection process, to:
