Cimino estate art sale continued through June 1

The Friends of Skamokawa (FOS) have announced the continuation of the Janet Cimino Estate Art sale at Redmen Hall until June 1. This is a benefit for Tsuga Gallery - a Wahkiakum gallery for local artists funded by the Janet Cimino Estate. All proceeds will go to Tsuga Gallery.

Janet Cimino was an astute collector of local and international art and the FOS were only able to put about half of her collection out in the beginning because of limited space. The first two weeks were so successful that they nearly sold out and as a consequence were able to put the remainder of her collection up for the sale.

Redmen Hall has its own gallery of historical panels and photographs, an excellent book store and gift shop with carefully selected items in a spectacular historical building. This sale will continue for the next three weekends, or until it all sells.

Redmen Hall is located at 1394 SR 4 in Skamokawa and is open Thursday through Sunday from 12 noon to 4 p.m.
