Carlson recognized for DV response

At the Justice and Hope conference in Cowlitz County, Wahkiakum County Deputy Sheriff Paul Carlson was recognized for going the extra mile while handling a domestic violence call, and received a plaque from Wahkiakum Sheriff Mark Howie.
