The Appelo Archive Center in Naselle will host a birthday reception for Carlton Appelo on May 11, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Appelo will be celebrating his 91st birthday.
The public is invited to attend; refreshments will be served. Hosts ask people bring no gifts, but donations to the Archive Center will be welcomed.
