District #4 firefighters attend wildland fire training session

This past Saturday firefighters from Wahkiakum Fire District #4 practiced their wildland firefighting skills in Long Beach with Pacific County Fire Districts and Long Beach Fire Department to prepare for this year's wildfire season. Training included progressive hose lays, back burning, digging fire line, pump and roll and tender shuttle.
