State versus Nicholas Scates Snizik: The defendant had pled guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to three months in jail, ordered to complete a drug use and evaluation program, and to pay a $1,000 fine, $500 Crime Victim Assessment (CVA), $200 court costs, $100 felony DNA collection fee and the cost of his court appointed attorney.
State versus Ryan Douglas Helms: The defendant was charged with rape of a child in the first degree. He entered a not-guilty plea; a jury trial was scheduled for July 15.
State versus Ellen Leigh Oliver: The defendant was charged with possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The alleged offenses occurred in March, 2012. The defendant waived her right to a speedy trial; a status review hearing was scheduled for July 22.
State versus Kriss Alan Standerfer: The defendant had entered an Alford Plea, admitting no guilt but acknowledging that the state had evidence that could lead to his conviction, on a charge of fourth degree assault. He was ordered to serve 364 days in jail, which were suspended on conditions, and to pay a $500 CVA, $200 costs, and other costs to be determined.

State versus Shelby Marie Johnson: The defendant pled guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, heroin. She was sentenced to 110 days in jail, ordered to complete a drug evaluation and treatment program, and to pay a $500 fine, $200 court costs, $100 felony DNA collection fee and the cost of her court appointed attorney. A restitution hearing is set for June 24.
State versus Thomas Scott Weidner: The defendant was charged with two counts of child molestation in the first degree. He entered a not-guilty plea, and a trial was set for April 23.
The court granted a decree of dissolution of marriage for David Lee Hjaltalin, petitioner, and Sharyl Ann Hjaltalin, respondent, and changed the respondent's name to Sharyl Ann Iblings.
