Gluten intolerance group to meet

The Gluten Intolerance Group of Southwest Washington will hold its February support group meeting on February 16. Guest speakers will be Jan Skelton of More Than A Cracker, which produces a line of gluten-free crackers, and Molly Thurston Parker of Queen of Hearts Baking Company, a gluten-free bakery in Portland.

The meeting will be held from ten a.m. to noon at Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital, Third Floor Conference Room C/D, located at 2211 NE 139th Street in Vancouver. For more information, contact Kristi at (360) 695-0862.
