NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SHORELINE MANAGEMENT, SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT, CONDITIONAL USE, OR VARIANCE PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that Washington State Fish and Wildlife, Who is applicant and owner of the below described property has filed an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development/Conditional Use Permit for the development of Oneida Access Site Renovation consisting of repairing existing boat ramp; installing new ADA accessible float and walkway anchored with 5 steel piles; install a 40 foot coniferous log with 2 steel piles as a boom log; pave a graveled parking area next to ramp to provide improved access; install vault toilet; install an ADA accessible parking area and loading ramp near the boat ramp; install an information kiosk; remove present creosote wheel stop longs and piles from existing float; native migration planting along the riparian area of Deep River; remove noxious weed from the site; and install 3 logs and 2 stumps to the river for fish habitat enhancement. Located at 424 Oneida Road, Naselle, WA; Section 31, T10N, R8W, W.M., in Deep River, Wahkiakum County, Washington. Said development is proposed to be within Deep River and/or the associated wetlands. Any person desiring to express his or her views or wish to be notified of the action taken on this application should notify Wahkiakum County Building and Planning in writing of his or her interest within 30 days of the final date of publication of this notice which is January 24, 2013.
