Frances Thompson Still

Frances E. Thompson Still was born June 24, 1915 to Floyd and Eva Smith in Seattle. She died peacefully November 12, 2012 at Judson Park Retirement Home, Des Moines, WA, where she lived for 24 years.

 She lived in Cathlamet with her husband Robert Thompson from 1968-1971 while he was branch manager at Seattle First National Bank.

 After Bob’s death in 1971, Frances moved to Auburn where she met and married Clayton Still. They moved to Judson Park Retirement Home in 1988 where Clayton later died. Frances was also preceded in death by a son Robert; son-in-law Al McNeal and step-son John Still.

 She is survived by son Gordon (Cheryl); daughters Nancy Heins (Sanford) and Carrie McNeal; step-son David Still; step-daughters Carolyn (Harry) Allen and Kathy (Andy) Andras; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

 A memorial service will be held at Judson Park chapel on Sunday, December 9 at 2:30 p.m.
