Lady Mules edge Toutle Lake 3-2

The Wahkiakum Lady Mules volleyball team came on strong at the end to defeat the visiting Toutle Lake Ducks 3-2 last Thursday.

The Mules won the first two sets 26-24, 25-13. Toutle came back to win the next two 25-18, 25-23 to tie the match. In the final set, the Mules led from the start and won 15-11.

Tori Wegdahl and Baylee Olsen each had 18 kills at the net.

The 4-1 Mules entertain the Mossyrock Lady Vikings tonight (Thursday).
