NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to a scheduling conflict, the regularly scheduled meeting of Tuesday, September 4, 2012, of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. One of Wahkiakum County, Washington, will be held instead on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at 8:30 a.m., in the meeting room of the District at its Offices at 45 River Street, Cathlamet, Washington.

The public is invited and encouraged to attend the meeting.
