REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT

NO. 1 OF WAHKIAKUM COUNTY, WASHINGTON

 Public Utility District No. One of Wahkiakum County, Washington, is seeking proposals from companies interested in providing janitorial services.

 SCOPE OF WORK shall include, but not be limited to, performing janitorial services at the District's administrative office and water warehouse building located at 45 River Street, Cathlamet, Washington, once per week, as directed by the Manager of the District. A full description of the scope of work may be obtained by contacting the District by telephone at (360) 795-3266 or by mail at P.O. Box 248, Cathlamet, WA 98612.

 Applicants must be properly licensed and bonded to perform work in the State of Washington. Professional references are required. A contract is required upon hiring. Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m., June 29, 2012.
