May 28--7:18 p.m. An Elochoman Valley Road resident reported that his 17-year-old son had run away from home. The youth returned later that night. 8:57 p.m. A caller reported that a vehicle was stuck in sand on Hornstra's Beach. A deputy responded and freed the vehicle. 9:20 p.m. An East SR 4 resident reported hearing gunshots. A deputy responded.
May 29--12:54 p.m. An Elochoman Valley Road resident reported the theft of two .22 rifles a year ago. A deputy was advised. 5:39 p.m. A caller reported an elderly man was sitting on the side of SR4 at Fossil Creek trying to get to St. John Medical Center. A deputy responded and contacted Health and Human Services. 7:24 p.m. A Jacobson Road resident reported that her daughter had been sexually assaulted.
May 30--10:17 a.m. A South Welcome Slough Road resident reported that a man had threatened to kill himself. Mental health professionals were advised and found that the man had been drinking. 3:49 p.m. An East Little Island Road resident reported a school bus stop sign violation on SR-409. 4:03 p.m. A Jacobsen Road resident reported a case of child abuse.
May 31--1:03 a.m. The Sheriff's Office issued two warrants for a man who was taken into custody later that morning. 11:56 a.m. A caller from the Elochoman Slough Marina reported that a boat fender buoy had been stolen and water added to the boat's fuel tank. 5:04 p.m. An Island View Lane resident reported that a 13-year-old female had run away from home. The girl returned home and the caller requested a deputy to talk to the juvenile. 7:09 p.m. A Jacobson Road resident reported that a juvenile female was receiving inappropriate text messages.
June 1--2:01 p.m. A West Sunny Sands resident reported that people were speeding near the boat launch. A deputy was advised. 7:18 p.m. A caller requested transport to a local shelter for a mentally ill man who was agitated. Mental health services was notified. 10:31 p.m. An Elochoman Valley Road resident reported a possible domestic disturbance. She requested deputies contact her son to pick her up as she had been drinking and wanted to leave the premises.
June 2--12:48 p.m. A deputy took a man into custody on warrants from Vancouver and South Bend following a traffic stop near KM mountain. 4:02 p.m. A Jacobson Road resident reported that a neighbor was harassing her . A deputy investigated. 6:26 p.m. A caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked on Hornstra's Beach. A deputy was advised and found that the driver of the vehicle was camping.
June 3--12:47 p.m. A deputy reported that an RV was parked in the no parking zone on Hornstra's Beach. The owner agreed to move the vehicle. 1:56 p.m. An East Birnie Slough Road resident reported that someone had put sugar in the fuel tank of a boat. 2:04 p.m. An East SR4 resident reported that vandals had damaged his trailers while he was away. 5:10 p.m. A caller requested a deputy patrol the Crooked Creek Bridge area in Altoona as cars were parked up to the white line on the roadway.
