JAIL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM UPGRADE

WAHKIAKUM COUNTY WASHINGTON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Wahkiakum County, Washington, at the Wahkiakum County Sheriff's office, 1st Floor, Wahkiakum County Courthouse, 64 Main Street, P.O. Box 65, Cathlamet, WA 98612, until 11:00 A.M. local time the 5th day of June, 2012, and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the Wahkiakum County Sheriff's Office Jail Management System upgrade.

Project Description:

The Wahkiakum County Sheriff's Office is Soliciting Bids for a Computerized Jail management system (JMS) capable of integrating with the existing CAD/RMS/Mobile applications currently utilized by the Sheriff's Office.

Complete specifications can be obtained by contacting Wahkiakum County Sheriff's Office, 64 Main St., PO Box 65, Cathlamet, Washington 98612, phone number (360) 795-3242.

The successful bidder will be required to execute a written contract. Time for completion of this project shall have a "go live" date of the 4th quarter of 2012.

Wahkiakum County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities in the bidding and to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder.
