CONDITIONAL USE, OR VARIANCE

PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that The Campbell Group, LLC, Who is applicant of the below described property has filed an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development/Conditional Use Permit for the development of replacing a 40 foot long bridge with a new 65 foot long steel bridge. Located 1.5 mile north of the intersection of Phelps Road (private logging road) and SR-4 at mile post 19 in Grays River, Wahkiakum County, Washington. Said development is proposed to be within Hull Creek and/or the associated wetlands. Any person desiring to express his or her views or wish to be notified of the action taken on this application should notify Wahkiakum County Building and Planning in writing of his or her interest within 30 days of the final date of publication of this notice which is May 17, 2012.

Written comments must be received by June 15, 2012.

A Determination of Non-Significance has been issued pursuant to WAC 197-11-340, any comments should be directed to the Wahkiakum County Building and Planning Department, P.O. Box 97, Cathlamet, WA 98612, Within 14 days.

Written comments on the SEPA DNS must be submitted by May 21, 2012.
