NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON

PROPOSED SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTY

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to provisions of Section 2.45.070 of the Wahkiakum County Code, the Board of County Commissioners of Wahkiakum County, Washington, will conduct a public hearing commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 24, 2012, in the Commissioners' Public Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Wahkiakum County Courthouse, 64 Main Street, Cathlamet, Washington. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether it is in the best interests of Wahkiakum County to sell the following described county property:

Real Property located at 320 E Birnie Slough Road Cathlamet, Wahkiakum County, Washington and Legally described as: Pt Tract 1 Foard & Stokes Charlestown Addition aka Lot 2 Short Sub Bk 1 pg 103 Parcel No. 190805-230008
