December 5--11:07 a.m. A caller reported someone driving like a maniac had just peeled out of the courthouse parking lot; an officer was unable to find the vehicle. 2:22 p.m. A caller reported a vehicle was parked in the Main Street crosswalk; an officer wrote a citation. 2:43 p.m. A Skamokawa resident reported a sexual assault; a deputy is investigating. 3:39 p.m. A caller reported receiving two scam phone calls from people offering free home security. 6:50 p.m. A caller reported a case of child abuse; an officer is investigating. 7:39 p.m. A Cathlamet resident reported someone had poured oil all over a vehicle motor and caused other damage; an officer investigated.
December 6--3:42 p.m. A business reported receiving two bad checks. 9:18 p.m. A Westend resident reported that someone had violated a parenting plan and taken a child without permission; a deputy was notified.
December 7--9:23 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a Cathlamet man who was feverish and having trouble breathing. 11:27 a.m. A caller said a man possibly having dementia problems was running around with a loaded firearm; a deputy and a mental health professional were advised. 11:27 a.m. A Kandoll Road resident reported someone had dumped an auto along the dike road; a deputy was advised. 11:30 a.m. District 4 Fire Department reported a theft of equipment. 5:20 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to transport a Cathlamet man to a hospital for treatment. 10:50 p.m. A caller reported being threatened.
December 8--7:53 a.m. A caller reported that a strange vehicle had been parked in the caller's driveway, and the caller thought it belonged to a woman who had been harassing people over a deceased woman's estate; an officer made contact. 11:53 a.m. An Elochoman Valley resident reported receiving a call from a person claiming to be a grandson injured in a car accident in the Dominican Republic. 1:37 p.m. A business reported receiving a bad check; a deputy investigated. 1:40 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a Rosedale woman having trouble breathing. 3:58 p.m. A Rosedale resident requested help with a teenager who was out of control. 5:08 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid an Elochoman Valley resident who was very ill. 7:50 p.m. A Cathlamet resident reported someone had spray painted something on his car.
December 9--3:33 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a Miller Point man who was very weak. 4:11 p.m. A Westend resident reported an elderly man who appeared to be very confused tried to hitch a ride on a school bus; a deputy was notified. 9:57 p.m. A caller reported a man who had been threatened had gone to the home of the person making the threats, and they had had an altercation.
December 10--1:44 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a Cathlamet man having chest pain. 7:54 a.m. A Rosedale resident said a man was causing disturbances. 5:57 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a man who had been shocked.
December 11--8:15 a.m. A woman reported being locked out of her house after her husband had left on foot. 10:54 a.m. A caller reported a large yacht was seen at the Oneida Road launch with two white cars hanging around, and all had left suspiciously when pedestrians approached. 7:14 a.m. A Rosedale resident reported a man is harassing her daughter.
