DESCRIBED IN THE FOLLOWING LIST,

THIS MATTER came on for hearing this date in open court on the application of Wahkiakum County for a Judgment foreclosing its tax liens upon certain real property hereinafter more particularly described, and for an order of sale thereof, the Plaintiff being represented by John G. Wetle, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, and the court having heard the testimony, and having made and entered herein its Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, and being fully advised in the premises,

NOW THEREFORE,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the liens of the Plaintiff, Wahkiakum County, upon each of the parcels of real property described in the Notice and Summons herein (except for those items already redeemed or not subject to sale for other reasons) in Amended Certificate of Delinquency No. 11-2-00063-9 on file herein, for delinquent taxes and interest as set forth in the said Notice and Summons, constitute first and paramount liens upon the referenced real property and that said liens be and the same are hereby foreclosed;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Treasurer of Wahkiakum County sell the parcels of real property herein above referred to (except for the redeemed parcels or not subject to sale for other reasons) to the highest and best bidder for cash as provided by RCW 84.64.080 and from the proceeds of said sales satisfy this judgment, together with interest thereon as provided by law, plus penalties, computed to the day of sale, and accrued costs;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that each and all of the above-named defendants known and unknown, and all persons having or claiming to have an interest in or claim against the parcels of real property herein above described (except those redeemed because of payment or not subject to sale) be and they are hereby forever barred and foreclosed of all right, title and interest in and to the said parcels of real property and of all right and equity of redemption therein from and after the sale thereof under this decree. Provided, that this does not apply to any party who is in the military service and subject to the protections and provisions of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. App Sections 501 et seq.; THIS ORDER APPLIES TO THE FOLLOWING:

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a certified copy of this Judgment and Order of Sale be delivered to the Treasurer of Wahkiakum County which shall be full and sufficient authority to proceed to sell the parcels of real property hereto before described.
