NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Public Meetings will be held in conjunction with the processing, tabulation, canvassing and certification of election returns for the General Election to be held on November 8, 2011 in Wahkiakum County, Washington. The times, dates, location and purpose of each meeting are listed below:

Oct 31st Logic & Accuracy Test of

1:00 pm Voting System

Nov 3rd&Nov 8th Processing of Ballots & Training

9:00 am-4:00 pm for Observers

Nov 8th Training for Observers & Tabulation

1:00 pm of Ballots

Nov 29th Canvass of Special & Challenged

2:00 pm ballots and Certification of Elections
