State versus James Thomas Kissinger, Kelso: The defendant entered not-guilty pleas to charges of second degree assault/domestic violence and second degree malicious mischief/domestic violence. A jury trial was scheduled November 16 and 17. The state alleges he attempted to assault a woman with an ax while she was in her car.

In reference to the marriage of Tiffany Kay Bello, petitioner, and Abdou Akeem Bello, respondent, the court entered a decree of dissolution of marriage and changed the wife's name to Tiffany Kay Tischer.

State versus Michael L. Chambers: The defendant pled guilty to charges of possession of less than 40 grams of marijuana and second degree negligent driving. He was ordered to serve one day in jail and to pay a $500 Crime Victim Assessment (CVA), $250 court costs, and $750 in fines.

State versus Angel Lee Arola: The defendant had been found guilty of charges of third degree theft and second degree criminal trespass. The court signed an amended order of sentence and judgement. The defendant was ordered to serve 15 days in jail and to pay a $500 CVA, $230 court costs and the cost of his court appointed attorney.

State versus Debra Ann Barto: The defendant had been found guilty of charges of third degree theft and second degree criminal trespass. The court signed an amended order of sentence and judgement. The defendant was ordered to serve 15 days in jail and to pay a $500 CVA, $230 court costs and the cost of her court appointed attorney.

State versus Paul Edward Hartman: The defendant pled guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of less than 40 grams of marijuana, and third degree driving while license is suspended. He was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and to pay a $500 CVA, $100 felony DNA collection fee, $230 court costs, and the cost of his court appointed attorney.

State versus Kyle John Rather, 18: The defendant had been found guilty in 2010 of charges of vehicular assault/domestic violence and third degree assault. He admitted pulling on the steering wheel of the car in which he was a passenger; the car went out of control and caused a collision which injured the driver of the vehicle in which he was riding and also injured a Longview man. Rather has been serving a sentence for that conviction. On October 10, the court signed an order for restitution totalling $6,859.11 to be paid to the Longview man.
