Adrian G. Weedman

Adrian G. Weedman, 63, of Port Angeles passed away September 6, 2011 at Olympic Medical Center. He was born on July 7, 1948 in Longview to H. Ray and Irene (Gourde) Weedman. He graduated from St. Martin’s High School in Olympia and attended Lower Columbia College and Central Washington University. On September 19, 1975 he married Teri Swett in Kelso; she survives him.

Ade was a member of Strait Air Volksgruppe and Peninsula Dream Machines. He worked as a retail sales manager and after retiring he did seasonal work for the Clallam County Parks and Fair Department. His family will remember him as a selfless man who loved spending time with them, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, boating, cars, trucks and raising game birds.

In addition to his wife, Teri; he is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Helen Weedman, and their children, Brooke and Britney Weedman; his son, Ryan Weedman; his stepdaughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Olaf Thomason, Jr., and their children, Kelsea Blix and Luke and Cortney Thomason; his brother, Tony Weedman and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Ross and Robert Weedman, and a sister, Carol Weedman Schade.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m, Saturday, at Steele Chapel at Longview Memorial Park (Social Room). Memorial contributions may be made in Ade Weedman’s name to your local Hospice Center. Steele Chapel at Longview Memorial Park is in charge of arrangements.
