Notice is hereby given that on the first day of September, 2011, the undersigned will sell at public auction that certain vessel the "Something Simple" serial No. CDRP0045b494; A 1994 Carver Model 350-AFT cabin.

The vessel is being sold to recover moorage costs in the sum of $28,244.00 through November 4, 2010.

Sale Location: Courthouse steps, 64 Main Street, Cathlamet, WA 98612.

Sale Date: September 1, 2011 at 9:00 A.M.

The vessel may be viewed before the sale at Deep River by prior appointment.
