NOTICE OF SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY

PORT DISTRICT NO. ONE OF WAHKIAKUM COUNTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to failure to pay rent and other charges for use of storage space #16, and due to the costs incurred by Port District No. 1 of Wahkiakum County, Washington ("District"), the personal property located in storage space #16 will be sold to the highest bidder for certified funds at the District's office located at 500 Second Street, in the Town of Cathlamet, County of Wahkiakum, to satisfy the owner's lien pursuant to R.C.W. Ch. 19.150.

The District will accept all sealed bids, with a minimum bid amount of $1,000.00, for the entire contents of storage space #16. Said bids shall be sent to 500 Second Street, Cathlamet, WA 98612, prior to Friday, August 12, 2011 at 1:00 p.m., at the end of which given time the bids will be opened and the highest bidder will be announced. Bids must include a certified cashier's check in the amount of the bid. Purchased property is sold as-is, and must be removed within one (1) week of purchase.

Persons wishing to inspect the property may contact the Manager of the District in person at the District's office or by telephone at (360) 795-3501. Sale will be to the highest bidder, with the District reserving the right to refuse all bids. The sale is subject to cancellation without notice in the event of payment by the property owner.
