PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that Richard E. Morris, Who is applicant/owner of the below described property has filed an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Conditional Use Permit for the development of: a parking area and private recreational dock. Located at 423 West Birnie Slough Road in Cathlamet, Wahkiakum County, Washington. Said development is proposed to be within Columbia River and/or the associated wetlands. Any person desiring to express his or her views or wish to be notified of the action taken on this application should notify Wahkiakum County Building and Planning in writing of his or her interest within 30 days of the final date of publication of this notice which is July 7, 2011.

Written comments must be received by August 5, 2011.

A Determination of Non-Significance has been issued pursuant to WAC 197-11-340, any comments should be directed to the Wahkiakum County Building and Planning Department, P.O. Box 97, Cathlamet, WA 98612, Within 14 days.

Written comments on the SEPA DNS must be submitted by July 11, 2011.
