NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO MODIFY TRUST WATER RIGHT CERTIFICATE NO. S3-30556C IN THE STATE TRUST WATER RIGHTS PROGRAM
TAKE NOTICE:
That on December 21, 2010, Ecology issued Superseding Trust Water Certificate S3-30556C. Certificate S3-30556C authorizes the release of 305 cfs and 37,500 acre-feet of water from Lake Roosevelt on the Columbia River, from Section 4, T. 40 N., R. 41 E.W.M., Stevens County to Section 18, T. 9 N., R. 11 W.W.M., Pacific County. Of the 37,500 acre-feet, 12,500 acre-feet is for instream purposes in Lake Roosevelt and below Grand Coulee Dam along the mainstem Columbia River to the Pacific Ocean, and 25,000 acre-feet is for replacement water to enable new state water rights to be issued for future out-of-stream municipal and industrial uses. The purpose of this amendment is to allow the 25,000 acre-feet to also be used as replacement water for domestic uses.
