NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Proposed Amendments to Wahkiakum County 6-Year and Annual Construction Programs

Wahkiakum County proposes to revise the Annual Construction Program pertaining to Road and Bridge Construction for the year 2011. In addition, an amendment to the 6-Year Program for the years 2011 to 2016 will be considered. Pursuant to the provisions in RCW 36.81.121 the Board of County Commissioners will hold a hearing on this matter at 11:00 a.m., April 12, 2011 in the Commissioners meeting room of the Wahkiakum County courthouse. All interested persons may appear and then provide testimony on this matter.

Amendments to be considered at the hearing include:

Combine Items #7 and #8 into one project, the program source is STP. The Title of the project will be "Run-Off Road and Intersection Safety."

The proposed changes to the Annual Construction program and 6-Year Transportation Improvement Program are adjustments to the adopted programs, and the hearing is distinct from the annual process of preparing construction programs for the years ahead.
