State versus Jeffrey Lee Reiman: The defendant pled guilty to a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm and physical control of a vehicle while under the influence. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail; his drivers license was suspended for two years, and he was ordered to pay $500 Crime Victim Assessment, $230 court costs, $750 DUI fine, $100 DNA fee and the costs of his court appointed attorney.

State versus Timothy Everett Gilbert: The defendant pled guilty to a possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 35 days in jail and ordered to pay a $500 CVA, $100 DNA fee, $1,000 fine and the cost of his court appointed attorney.

State versus Alex John Dietrich: The defendant pled guilty to a charge of attempting to introduce contraband into the county jail. He was ordered to serve 365 days in jail, with 335 suspended on conditions, and ordered to pay a $500 CVA, $230 court costs, $230 probation management fee, $500 criminal conviction fee, a $1,000 fine and the cost of his court appointed attorney.

State versus Kent Dewey Dunn: The defendant was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He entered a not guilty plea, and a trial was scheduled for May 25. Law enforcement offers say they found a glass smoking pipe with methamphetamine residue on him when they served a restraining order.

In reference to the marriage of Samuel Larry Longtain, petitioner, and Hollie Michelle Longtain, respondent, the court entered a decree of dissolution of marriage.
