NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SHORELINE

MANAGEMENT, SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT,

CONDITIONAL USE, OR VARIANCE PERMIT

Notice is hereby given that Town of Cathlamet, Who is applicant of the below described property has filed an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for the development of a: Relocation of Waste Water Treatment Plant with a portion of a new 16 inch sewer effluent main connected to existing sewer plant effluent outflow and modification of existing outfall; New Waste Water Treatment Facility access road driveway fan approach to SR-4 modification. Located at 390 South 2nd Street and m.p. 25.7 SR-4 East Within SW 1/4 of Section 02, Township 8 North, Range 6 West, Willamette Meridian in Cathlamet, Wahkiakum County, Washington. Said development is proposed to be within Columbia River and/or its associated wetlands. Any person desiring to express his or her views or wish to be notified of the action taken on this application should notify Wahkiakum County Building and Planning in writing of his or her interest within 30 days of the final date of publication of this notice which is February 3, 2011.

Written comments must be received by March 4, 2011.

A Determination of Non-Significance has been issued pursuant to WAC 197-11-340, any comments should be directed to the Wahkiakum County Building and Planning Department, P.O. Box 97, Cathlamet, WA 98612, Within 14 days.

Written comments on the SEPA DNS must be submitted by February 7, 2011.
