January 17--5:50 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a Cathlamet woman who had fallen. 10:37 a.m. A caller reported continuing problems with a neighbor's dog; an officer made contact. 10:08 p.m. A Rosedale resident reported hearing what sounded like a gunshot across from the Chevron station; an officer investigated and found no one around.
January 18--10:55 a.m. A caller said a man was walking down the middle of the Elochoman Valley Road and harassing traffic; officers were advised. 1:09 p.m. A caller reported illegal drug activity; officers investigated. 3:27 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to the courthouse to aid a man having chest pain. 4:59 p.m. A motorist reported a minor collision on Main Street; an officer investigated. 7:09 p.m. A caller reported an area of severe erosion on Cathlamet's Front Street; town officials were notified. 11:05 p.m. A caller reported hearing suspicious noise from a logging site behind a locked gate; officers investigated, finding a fuel pump had been tampered with, and they made contact with a person walking around the area.
January 19--5:38 a.m. A motorist reported the Elochoman Valley Road was icy and very slick; the county road crew was notified. 7:33 a.m. A motorist reported a minor traffic accident on SR 4 just west of Cathlamet; no one was there when an officer arrived. 1:44 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid an Elochoman Valley man who was very weak.
January 20--9:15 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid an East Valley resident with breathing problems. 10:04 a.m. The Grays River ambulance responded to aid a Deep River man with low blood pressure. 12:58 p.m. A caller reported a meth lab at a Cathlamet residence; officers investigated and determined the report was unfounded. 8:20 p.m. An East Valley resident reported a violation of a restraining order; an officer investigated.
January 21--7:08 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a Cathlamet woman with chest pain. 11:02 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a teenage girl having a seizure. 11:06 a.m. A motorist reported a fallen tree was blocking one lane of Beaver Creek Road; the road department was notified. 11:14 a.m. A Cathlamet resident reported harassing phone calls occurring at 3 a.m. the past three nights; an officer investigated and found they were a technical problem with the phone. 3:45 p.m. A caller said a logging company pickup almost hit him on the West Deep River Dike Road, and that the company vehicles have been speeding through the area. 5:21 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a Cathlamet resident suffering from problems with medication. 8:47 p.m. A caller reported a highly intoxicated person causing a problem at a Rosedale business; an officer made contact.
January 22--7:35 a.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a Puget Island woman who was dizzy and nauseous. 11:12 a.m. A Cathlamet woman reported people had shined lights in her house during the night; an officer made contact. 11:16 a.m. A caller reported lots of fallen rock on SR 4 near Nassa Point; the state road crew was notified. 1:51 p.m. The Cathlamet ambulance responded to aid a Cathlamet woman possibly having a stroke. 10:20 p.m. District 4 firemen responded to a Clover Street residence where a carbon monoxide alarm was going off; they smelled propane fumes and had the occupants evacuate the house and turn off the gas until the lines were inspected.
January 23--10:16 a.m. A caller reported someone was poaching salmon in the Elochoman River; the state wildlife agent was notified. 3:23 p.m. A Cathlamet resident reported signs that someone was breaking into his residence; an officer made contact.
January 24--12:25 a.m. A Cathlamet woman reported people had shined lights in her house.
