State versus Alex John Dietrich, 22, Cathlamet: The defendant pled guilty to a charge of computer trespass in the second degree. He admitted accessing a computer in the jail without permission while he was preparing meals for other prisoners. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail, with 360 suspended on conditions, and he was ordered to pay $230 costs, $500 Crime Victim Compensation Fund, and $452.90, the cost of his court-appointed attorney.
State versus Jason Alan Montgomery, 34, Cathlamet: The defendant was charged with attempting to elude a police vehicle; a trial was set for March 1, 2011.
State versus Kyle John Rather: The defendant was charged as a juvenile with a count of vehicular assault (reckless manner), domestic violence, and a count of third degree assault. The state charges that while he was a passenger in a vehicle driven on SR 4 by his girl friend and, while they were having an argument, he grabbed the steering wheel, and the car crashed into a car coming the other way. He sustained minor injuries; his girl friend had a broken pelvis and clavicle, and the other driver had two broken ribs. A trial was set for January 27, 2011.

In reference to the marriage of Joseph D. Lockhart, petitioner, and Leann B. Lockhart, respondent, respondent, the court entered a decree of dissolution.
