NOTICE OF HEARING

FOR

14 YEAR FERRY PROGRAM, 2011-2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the board of County Commissioners, Wahkiakum County, State of Washington, has prepared a preliminary 14 Year Ferry Program for 2011 through 2024, as required by law. That Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at the hour of 10:40 a.m. in the office of the County Commissioners, in the Public Meeting Room, 3rd floor, County Courthouse, Cathlamet, Washington, as been fixed as the time and place for the hearing, at which time any taxpayer may appear and be heard, and after said hearing the 14 Year Ferry Program will become effective.
