State versus Lisa Rene Moody: The defendant was charged with two counts of theft in the third degree. The state alleges she and her husband, who was charged separately, used a gasoline card belonging to the Cathlamet Fire Department First Aid Division to buy fuel for their personal vehicle without permission. Arraignment was continued to November 8, and a jury trial was scheduled from January 18.

State versus Karl Van Kleeck Moody: The defendant was charged with one count of theft in the third degree. The state alleges he and his wife, who was charged separately, used a gasoline card belonging to the Cathlamet Fire Department First Aid Division to buy fuel for their personal vehicle without permission. Arraignment was continued to November 8, and a jury trial was scheduled for January 18.

State versus Jeffrey Lee Reiman, 51, Rosburg: The defendant was charged with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of a firearm. The state charges that at 12:33 a.m. a deputy sheriff responding to a motor vehicle accident at Skamokawa saw the defendant at the wheel of a pickup that had backed up from the Duck Inn parking lot and run into a ditch. The deputy performed sobriety field tests and arrested the defendant. The deputy found a rifle in the pickup and charged the defendant with unlawful posession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Arraignment was scheduled for November 8.

In reference to the marriage of Travis Bryant, petitioner, and Brandie Bryant, respondent: The court entered an order of dissolution of marriage and changed the wife's name to Brandie K. Lorenzo.
